For the Love of Purple.com is on a quest to give a way another Purple Thumbs Up Award(or more!) to the most wonderful use of purple on a website!

This is a col idea! I’ve tried to incorporate purple in as many places as I can on my natural motherhood site. My site talks about the practices that natural mothers incorporate in their parenting. I’m learning how to be a more natural mother and I’m sharing the knowledge I’ve learned for others who are taking the journey as well.
Notice the purple tool bars on the bottoms of most of the pages? Also, I’m wearing a purple shirt in the about me picture!

I love the color purple especially a lighter purple that is why I chose it for my site. I started my web site just a while go. I want to be able to reach others with information on missions. To encourage readers in their walk with the Lord and special things from time to time for children. In the future I would like to do a lot more as the Lord leads with ideals.

I have always like the combination of purple with royal blue, and used it on my main website http://www.vanessasdesk.com. I’m in the process of moving my blog, Nessa’s Notes to the site, and it is even more purple.
My purple blog is brand spanking new. I actually moved it from another link and changed the name. It’s a blog about Christian Therapuetic Parenting of Traumatized children. In short, it deals with bonding/attachment issues and complex trauma in adopted children. It’s kind of unusual but I guess that is to be expected from a purple lover.

I’ve always been a bit of a rebel but usually tried to stay within certain boundaries. But in my advancing years, I decidced to step out of the expected into the unexpected.
My blog is PURPLE. I mean, really purple. The blog URL even is named “Go ahead and wear the purple” even though the overal purpose of the blog is, well, just about anything. The header reads Sips ‘n Cups Cafe and Reading Room with a sub-title, of, yeah, Go ahead and wear that purple!

Not only is this site a gorgeous shade of purple, but it has the most purple of any of the sites that were entered. It has the most PERFECT name for a purple lover and it has the most feminine use of purple I have seen bar none. Even your humble For the Love of Purple.com creator didn’t use purple in her template in such an elegant way as our winner today!
Not only is our winner a site for purple eyes, but it has some of the most blessed content on the net. I have thoroughly enjoyed her posts as much as I have enjoyed looking at the elegant use of purple. The layout of her site is also extremely well done as well!
