Bleach Pen Craft-Take Two!

You may remember that a few weeks ago I tried to do this craft with the wrong supplies.  My Tide To Go Craft was an epic failure!  But I’m nothing if not persistent and so I’m back again with my Clorox Bleach Pen Craft.  And I am here to report success!

This is actually a little tricky to do.  You take the bleach pen and squeeze a little out to the left and then to the right making a heart shape.  Be careful not to squeeze too much or your heart shape will become a big blob.  Leave the bleach hearts on for about 15 or 20 minutes and then wash off.  Underneath it will leave heart-shaped lighter spots.

I make the mistakes so you don’t have to! Now you may notice that there is a rather large heart smudge on the left side of this.  I have to tell you that this bleach pen certainly does BLEACH!  So watch how it comes out.  On this part, it squirt out a little too much on the fabric.  I was able to “fix” it by making the blotch a heart shape, but it is a bit too large in comparison to the rest of the hearts and it has bleach smudges around it.   Other than that, it’s a shining purple heart, bleach pen success!  My next bleach pen project will work out that issue.  What do you think?

Have a GRAPE Day!
